7. Third Parties and Transfers of personal data
Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV may transfer all or part of your Personal Data abroad to its head office in Paris, France, WFS Holding S.A.
WFS and WFS Holding S.A. may also transfer all or part of your Personal Data outside the EU and EEA (European Economic Area) to its parent company, SATS Group LTD, located in Singapore.
Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV may also transfer all or part of you Personal Data, inside or outside the EU and EEA, to its clients, subcontractors (for example data processors) who provide services or carry out assignments on behalf of Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations, and in all other cases where we can be obliged to do so, for example by a court order or a court judgment.

In addition, you can contact us at any time to supplement or correct your data. In the unlikely event that we have provided incorrect personal data about you, we will rectify this.
When we have changed your personal information, we will inform you.
Object to the use of your data
You can object to your data being used by Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV for a specific purpose. You must then put forward reasons relating to your particular situation, except in the case of commercial prospecting, to which you can object without reason. If your data is processed for commercial prospecting purposes, you can oppose it at any time. You can object the usage of your data at any time via dpo.ams@wfs.aero.

You can request the personal data that we hold about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form via dpo.ams@wfs.aero or you can request us to send your data to third parties, in the respect of the legal limitations of this right You are completely free to transfer this information to third parties.
Right to be forgotten
You can submit a request to delete all your personal data. You can contact us at any time via dpo.ams@wfs.aero request that all your data be deleted, in the respect of the legal limitations of this right.
If applicable, You can also withdraw your consent to process your data at any time. We will discontinue the processing of your personal data for which you have given permission. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the processing that has already taken place.
Procedure, response time and costs
If you wish to exercise your rights, you can submit a request to WFS's HR department (dpo.ams@wfs.aero). Please note that the above rights are not absolute. This means that WFS will always answer to the request in the time limits required by law, but this does not always have to comply with the request to exercise one of the aforementioned rights.
Within one month of receiving a request from you to exercise one of the aforementioned rights, WFS will reply to you. In doing so, WFS will indicate whether and how your request has been complied with and, if not, why not. If this is necessary in connection with the request, WFS may extend the response period of two months. In that case, WFS will inform you within the first one month of the period if this period is extended and why. In principle, the exercise of the right(s) by you is free of charge. You can submit a request to the privacy contact person by sending the completed 'exercise rights of data subjects' form, or by informing the privacy contact person that you wish to exercise the rights after which the privacy contact person will send the form.
9. Security
Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV makes every effort to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this by means of physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures. For example: only authorized persons have access to the data. If and insofar as data is provided to data processors who provide services or carry out assignments on its behalf, Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV has agreed with them that they will also optimally protect the personal data.
10. Retention Period

Candidates
If you have not worked for Worldwide Flight Services Holland BV, your application data (work experience, curriculum vitae, test results, education, etc.) is stored no longer than four weeks after the day you have been informed that you have been hired or rejected This period may be extended to one year after the day you have been informed that you have been hired or rejected.
