Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is a dynamic international organization with 22,800 employees worldwide. WFS is represented at every major airport in the world. WFS has existed at Schiphol since 2004 and has grown into an organization of approximately 225 colleagues. WFS is an air cargo handling company; We take on import and export freight and prepare it for further processing. We unload trucks, build cargo on aircraft plates or in containers and ensure that every package arrives at the right place elsewhere in the world. Every conceivable kind of cargo comes in, that makes our work fun; The world passes us by every day.
As an Administrative employee cargo import/export you are involved in preparing Export and/or Import flights and trucks.

The activities include:
- You are responsible for the correct and timely entry of data into the system of WFS and/or the customers;
- 1st point of contact for customers and internal departments when it comes to the handling of various goods;
- Managing/monitoring the process to meet the agreed deadlines is a big part of your work;
- You check dangerous substances or ensure that this is done;
- Complete handling of files for customers and invoicing.
