Vacancy Logistics Trainer 

As a logistics trainer, you play a crucial role in developing and improving the skills and knowledge of our employees. You ensure that they are well-prepared for their tasks and responsibilities within the organization. Through classroom training and on-the-job guidance, you contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Your efforts help to maintain a high standard of quality and safety in our operations and contribute to the growth and development of both the employees and the organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing classroom training in both Dutch and English to our employees.
  • Developing and keeping training materials and lesson plans up-to-date.
  • Guiding employees during their learning process and ensuring optimal knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluating training sessions and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Offering on-the-job training where necessary to strengthen practical skills.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure training needs align with operational goals.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our training programs.
  • Managing certificates and overseeing their validity and need for renewal.

Your profile:

  • Minimum MBO-4 level of education and thinking.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in delivering classroom lessons and capable of doing this in both Dutch and English.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in air freight is a plus, but not required.
  • Hands-on mentality and willing to provide on-the-job training.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and able to handle changes and unexpected situations well.
